The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela,
Nicolás Maduro, appointed Captain Diosdado Cabello this Wednesday as head of
a Special Commission in the state of Zulia, to unify the entity and
rediscover all patriotic currents, including parties, social movements and citizens.
“I appointed a special team now and appointed Diosdado Cabello Rondón as
supreme leader for Zulia, to reunify, find
all the revolutionary, Bolivarian, Chavista,
democratic, honest patriotic currents in Zulia like never before (...) we are going to great victories,”
said the head of state through a telephone contact with Venezolana de Televisión (VTV).
He stressed that he put “a fourth bat, so at the head of a completely restructured Zulia
team, that goes far beyond the
games and everything and brings together all social movements, including all the parties,
all the social movements and all the good Zulians and Zulianas”.
The Dignitary pointed out that the entity is making progress with the 1x10
of Good Governance and the Great Missions of the New Generation. “We are progressing
step by step in the structural recovery of the Lake (in Maracaibo), in the
construction of the largest park in Latin America, Ana María Campos, and many
works, such as the new Bolivarian University,” he said.
