President Maduro appoints Diosdado Cabello as head of the Special Commission to unify Zulia

The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, appointed Captain Diosdado Cabello this Wednesday as head of a Special Commission in the state of Zulia, to unify the entity and rediscover all patriotic currents, including parties, social movements and citizens.

“I appointed a special team now and appointed Diosdado Cabello Rondón as supreme leader for Zulia, to reunify, find all the revolutionary, Bolivarian, Chavista, democratic, honest patriotic currents in Zulia like never before (...) we are going to great victories,” said the head of state through a telephone contact with Venezolana de Televisión (VTV).

He stressed that he put “a fourth bat, so at the head of a completely restructured Zulia team, that goes far beyond the games and everything and brings together all social movements, including all the parties, all the social movements and all the good Zulians and Zulianas”.

The Dignitary pointed out that the entity is making progress with the 1x10 of Good Governance and the Great Missions of the New Generation. “We are progressing step by step in the structural recovery of the Lake (in Maracaibo), in the construction of the largest park in Latin America, Ana María Campos, and many works, such as the new Bolivarian University,” he said.
