President Maduro arrives in Russia to meet with his counterpart Putin and attend the Victory Day parade

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro Moros, arrived in the city of Moscow, capital of Russia, to participate in the activities commemorating the 80th anniversary of the Victory of the Soviet Army in the Great Patriotic War.

In the company of an official delegation, the Head of State arrived aboard a plane of the state airline CONVIASA where he was greeted by a delegation of the Government of the Eurasian nation.

The National President comes at the invitation of Russian President Vladimir Putin, with whom he will meet and sign a strategic cooperation agreement as part of the actions to continue strengthening relations between the two nations.
