President Maduro backed the creation of the July 28 Movement for Constitutional Reform

The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros, celebrated the creation of the July 28 Movement for Constitutional Reform, in homage to Commander Hugo Chávez and the last presidential electoral victory.

He also congratulated the Secretary General of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, for this initiative that celebrates the legacy of Commander Chávez at the roots of the revolutionary movement.

Earlier, the general secretary of the PSUV specified that this will be a great movement, which will expand and add to the approval of the reform by the vast majority of Venezuelans.
