The Head of State, Nicolás Maduro Moros, reported that the Caracas-La Guaira Corridor will be the pilot model to be implemented by steps throughout the Venezuelan territory.

In this context, the national president maintained that he wants to develop very soon the second corridor called Macarao Productivo that links all the communes of that town.

In this regard, he called for the consolidation of a great capacity for convening and training aimed at all neighbors, with the purpose of strengthening popular organization and community participation.

He also highlighted that the Caracas-La Guaira Road Corridor constitutes the first test to articulate communes in a large space, becoming an initial practice that could give rise to the first corridor conceived as a communal city.

For his part, the chief of staff of the Caracas-La Guaira Corridor, MG Lockiby Belmonte, provided the balance of each of the projects carried out in that area; he also highlighted how, through different methods of care such as that of the 1X10 of Good Governance, it has been possible to serve the population in terms of services, infrastructure and housing.

Belmonte detailed the progress of the Caracas-La Guaira Road Corridor, highlighting the strategic impact of this work for mobility, economic development and territorial integration.
