With regard to celebrating the birthday of singer-songwriter Cecilia Todd this March 4th, the head of state, Nicolás Maduro, extended his congratulations.
“Today we celebrate one more year of life our much loved and admired singer-songwriter, and popular culturist, Cecilia Todd, the voice that sweetens every melody in our music. My greetings and hugs go out on this special day. Congratulations!” , wrote the national president.
Todd was born in Caracas, in the parish of La Candelaria, on March 4, 1951. His voice has delighted locals and foreigners.
