The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, criticized the speech of the Prime Minister of Great Britain, Keir Starmer, who reported that this kingdom must prepare for war.

“Can a prime minister of a country as powerful as Great Britain be in his right mind who says he is preparing for war?” , he rebuked.

During his program With Maduro+, the head of state, after questioning this warmongering speech, assured thatStarmer “speaks in the name of a decadent, worn out elite and the business they do with the manufacture of weapons”, so he called for the construction of a social and popular movement in the world to express humanity's rejection of war.

“I call on the British people to respond to this desperate and insane call (...). From Venezuela we say no more war, the world wants peace (...) and I call on humanity to build up a powerful social and popular movement in Europe and in all the countries of the world against the calls for war made by this Prime Minister”, he called.
