President Maduro: I call for the people's freedom of conscience to choose the best candidates this 25-M

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, called on the Venezuelan people to actively participate in the upcoming elections on May 25 and to choose the best candidates to occupy the governorates, National Assembly and Legislative Councils.

“In these elections there are candidates for all tastes, from different political parties. I call for the people's freedom of conscience to elect the best candidates for governorates, legislative councils and the National Assembly,” he stressed.

In this regard, he called for the protection of the Legislative Branch and recalled how it was used by the right wing in 2015 to attack the country, call for sanctions and invasions.

“Everyone who draws their conclusions, I trusted my noble and victorious people,” he said from the state of La Guaira.

In the same way, the head of state stressed that while the Bolivarian Revolution is light, love, opposition is darkness, perversity.

“They are the permanent damage to the Homeland, they are lies and manipulation,” he stressed while stressing that his Government, despite this situation, will continue to work to build the Homeland for all Venezuelans.
