President Maduro met with the prosecutor of the Russian Federation, Igor Krasnov

This Thursday, April 18, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, held a meeting at the Miraflores Palace with the Attorney General of the Russian Federation, Igor Krasnov, whose purpose is to continue strengthening the development of relations between the two nations.
On the agenda in Caracas from Krasnov, who arrived in Venezuela this Wednesday, April 17, from Cuba, seeks to consolidate common positions for the sake of defending the Charter of the United Nations, the norms and principles of international law and the strengthening of multilateralism.
To this end, he held a meeting this Thursday, April 18, with the Attorney General of the Republic, Tarek William Saab, to discuss issues in the judicial sphere.
Both nations reaffirmed their cooperation in the exchange of experiences, information, documents on the State, the trend of crime, as well as in the field of protection of human rights and freedoms.
According to an information note from the Venezuelan Foreign Ministry, prosecutor Igor Krasnov will also meet with national authorities to consolidate common positions on various issues.
