President Maduro reiterates willingness to dialogue with the United States and announces points of the Qatar Agreement

The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros, urged the United States government to respect the sovereignty of Venezuela as a precondition for dialogue between the two nations.

“If the United States government is willing to respect the sovereignty of Venezuela, to stop threatening Venezuela, we can resume the dialogue, but on the basis of a single point: Compliance with Qatar,” the Head of State published in a message on social networks, reaffirming his nation's position as a sovereign nation that does not accept external interference.
