The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, this Monday, May 12, emphasized that the government of Ukraine is protective of Nazi currents and questioned that European leaders “went to celebrate calling for war between 'white powders'”.
He said this on the occasion of the events to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War in the Russian Federation.
“As you saw in the videos that have been a global scandal, amidst 'white powders' of addictions that destroy the minds of the heads of state themselves,” he said.
During the 79th edition of the Con Maduro+ program, he argued that “it's a shame how they found some leaders who were freed from the Nazi-Fascist yoke by the Red Army, by the Russian People, by the Peoples of what was the Soviet Union, they went to call for war.”
“They were doubly defeated by history because they couldn't stop the celebration of 80 years, not even with threats,” he said.
The head of state expressed his rejection of the idea of war as the destiny of Europe and humanity, trusting in the dignity and desire of the Peoples for peace.
“Is the future of Europe and humanity another war? No, I'm sure that English and French people in the streets will demonstrate sooner rather than later that they have dignity, peace and agreement on this side,” he stressed.
