President Maduro: Solutions to problems have been born from the creative capacity of ordinary people

President Nicolás Maduro assured that in this II National Popular Consultation of 2025, a new methodology was applied that included the application of the Plan of the 7 Transformations in combination with the priorities of the Concrete Agendas of Action (ACA).

“The community postulates what it needs to apply for. That's what this whole system is for. To build the new! , I have always said that the great intellectual is the People of Venezuela, as a collective thinker, they are the ordinary people and the great teachings have been born from the creative capacity of the grassroots people, when a question or problem arises it is the people who solve it”, emphasized the Head of State in his program “With Maduro +”.

In this regard, the Minister for the Communes, Ángel Prado, stressed that the People have emerged stronger and as a demonstration is the massive participation of Popular Power. “We are Government in the Commune, throughout the territory,” he said.
