This Friday, August 1st, through a voice message, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, urged the elected mayor of the Sucre municipality of Miranda state, Diógenes Lara, to convert the 90 communal circuits into branches of the Bolivarian Mayor's Office, and to govern together with the people of this sector of western Caracas.
After his swearing in, in the central case of Petare, he received the presidential instruction. “Greetings, Diogenes, I send you congratulations for this act that makes history of the Town of Petare, Machiques and the entire Sucre municipality that is being reborn,” said the head of state, in the audio message that was transmitted to those present.
President Maduro stressed that the Bolivarian Revolution is following new paths in this phase of the Communal State with the neighbors of the Communes and the Communal Circuits, who are working on the Plan of the Seven Transformations, which today is the Law of the Republic.
“So, you know, we have to convert the 90 Community Circuits into 90 headquarters of the Mayor's Office of the Sucre municipality: zero desk and more territory,” he reiterated.
At the end, he said: “Congratulations, Sucre municipality, until victory always”.
