President Maduro: We have reached 5 million militiamen and militiamen!

The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, highlighted this Saturday that today the Bolivarian Militia has 5 million militiamen and militiamen to defend the Homeland.

“We have been growing gradually, at a firm pace, recently in the past few days we have reached a historic event, whoever wants to take note in Washington that does it, hear surnames, coup plotters, conspirators, we have reached 5 million militiamen and militiamen, actively incorporated into our Bolivarian National Militia, a small fact,” explained the Head of State in the Great March of Popular Victory of the April Revolution.

In that regard, he recalled that Commander Hugo Chávez founded this component of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) 15 years ago. “Honor and Glory to Commander Hugo Chávez, the historic founder of the Bolivarian National Militia,” he said.

The National President indicated that the Bolivarian Militia is organized by state, municipality, parish and electoral center. At the same time, he specified that now they will also be organized by communes and communal councils.

“We have created more than 600,000 base patrols, each patrol has a militia leader and we must build the 1 x 10 of the Bolivarian Militia patrolmen,” he instructed.
