President Miguel Díaz-Canel: The United States sanctions Cuba for providing health, education and food to the people

The President of the Republic of Cuba, Miguel Díaz-Canel, spoke out after being illegally sanctioned by the United States and assumed that this type of anachronistic and criminal measure of Yankee imperialism responds to his recognition because on the island the Socialist Government maintains social care policies for the population that has the right to education, food, health and recreation free of charge.

The Antillean President, through his account on the social network Telegram, assured that Washington is annoyed by “the true independence” of Cuba, which, with the resources available, can meet the basic needs of the population, as well as give an opinion and denounce the genocidal empire that plants bombs the fields of the world.
