President Nicolás Maduro held a meeting with the Deputy Prime Minister of Vietnam

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, received this Thursday, April 18, the Deputy Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Tran Luu Quang, at a meeting aimed at strengthening the bonds of complementary relationships and strategies between nations.
The meeting, reviewed by Venezolana de Televisión, took place in the context of the Vietnam-Venezuela Joint Commission, with a spirit of work and struggle for political and economic dialogue to strengthen bilateral cooperation and advance the construction of 21st century socialism and heroic peoples.
Also present at the meeting were the Vietnam ambassador to Venezuela, Vu Trung My, and a large team representing the portfolios of Construction, Public Security, Agriculture and Rural Development, among others.
For Venezuela, the first female combatant, Cilia Flores, the Executive Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, the Foreign Minister of the Republic, Yván Gil, and the Minister of Popular Power for Petroleum and President of Petroleos de Venezuela (PDVSA), Pedro Tellechea, participated.
Tran Luu Quang arrived in Venezuela this Wednesday, April 17, with the purpose of strengthening the brotherhood and cooperation between Hanoi and Caracas.
Vietnam and Venezuela maintain a commercial exchange that in recent years has been consolidated in important areas such as housing construction, technology, oil, gas, agriculture and others.
