President Nicolás Maduro inaugurated the El Carupanero Pumping System in Sucre

This Tuesday, May 20, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, inaugurated the El Carupanero Pumping System, in Carúpano, in the state of Sucre, in compliance with the 1x10 System of Good Governance, which will provide vital liquid service to 225,000 people.
“Congratulations to Carúpano, to the East of the country,” he said.
He also recommended being attentive to the proper functioning of the piping system in the face of the pressure of the water flow due to the new work, “be careful with any pipes”.
He explained that a system has been created to provide warranty, supervision and maintenance for at least one year after the completed work, “we are going to be very aware”.
The inauguration was made by the head of state, within the framework of the Obratón, during the Works for the People award in the context of the 130 days of the new period of Constitutional Government 2025-2031.
For his part, the Sectorial Vice President of Public Works and Services, Jorge Márquez, specified that the aqueduct will benefit three municipalities in Carúpano: Ribero, Andrés Mata and Bermúdez.
