This Monday, the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, during the meeting, with the Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Abbas Araghchi, stated that the attacks against that country are unjustified and are an unprovoked aggression.

“Absolutely unprovoked aggression against Iran has no basis or justification,” said the head of state and stressed that the Russian side is making efforts to help the Iranian people.

“I am very pleased that you are in Moscow today. This will give us the opportunity to discuss these acute issues and to think together about how we can get out of the current situation,” Putin added.

He recalled that Moscow condemned the actions of the United States (USA) and Israel both at the level of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and within the framework of the Security Council of the United Nations (UN).
