The president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Nicolás Maduro, stressed that it is necessary to make the final adjustments to the machinery to close the electoral campaign, based on a resounding victory in the elections to elect the Governorates, the National Assembly (AN) and the Legislative Councils, next Sunday, May 25.

“We can never, ever fall into triumphalism, we must work to win and to win we must combine a set of factors,” he emphasized.

This was stated this Monday, May 19, during a meeting with the VEN25+ National Campaign Command, in person and by videoconference with the candidates of the Great Patriotic Pole “Simón Bolívar” (GPPSB), on the way to the elections of May 25.

He highlighted the need to carry out campaign closures “with a great mobilizing impact, uniting and mobilizing all the neighbors, the neighbors of the communities.”

“Hope is on the street because the people are mobilized on the street. The strength that the People demonstrate gives cohesion to the mobilization, we owe a lot to that,” he said.

He considered it necessary to stimulate the optimism and faith of the Venezuelan people, “I believe in Zulia and its future, I believe in Amazonas and its future, in Barinas, I believe in the Venezuelan plain, in Guárico, in Cojedes and Portuguesa”.

The head of state congratulated the candidates of the Great Patriotic Pole Simon Bolivar (GPPSB), for the great electoral campaign they have carried out throughout Venezuela.
