This Monday, Donald Trump, President of the United States (USA) reported that he will sign an executive order to end voting by mail and voting machines with the objective of “bringing honesty” to the mid-term legislative elections of 2026.
In a post, published on his social network, Trump assured that he will lead a movement to end voting by mail and reiterated statements not based on facts such as that this type of voting does not exist in any country in the world because it generates massive fraud.
He also announced that he will eliminate the use of voting machines, since “it consists ten times more than the most precise and sophisticated use of paper with watermarks”.
The president promised that he will soon sign an executive order to “bring honesty back to the mid-term elections of 2026. Remember that states are merely an agent of the Federal Government to count and tabulate votes. They must do what the Federal Government, represented by the President of the United States, tells them.”
The Republican president again suggested that Democrats support voting by mail, because it helps them to win with this scam. The proposed amendment is in addition to the intention to change before the deadline the design of some congressional seat districts to favor Republicans and change the way in which the census calculates the population, something that impacts the electoral weight of each state in the country.
