President Russia proposes to the world a new model of development free of political manipulation

This Friday, the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, said that it is necessary to build a new framework for global development, at the XXVIII International Economic Forum in St. Petersburg, which is being held this year from 18 to 21 June.

“Russia invites its partners to contribute to the formation of a new model of global growth. Together, to ensure the prosperity of our countries and the stable development of the entire world for many years,” Putin announced.

“Of course, we pay special attention to strengthening ties within the BRICS. The mutual trade volume of our countries has already exceeded one trillion dollars and continues to grow. All of these are, in essence, elements of a global growth platform.

In addition, he stressed that “they are based on the key principles of the BRICS: consensus, parity of accounting, consideration of the interests of each one and, above all, openness to all who wish to join this work.”
