Presidential Honor Guard and the DGCIM confirmed their total loyalty to President Nicolás Maduro

The commander of the Presidential Honor Guard (GHP) and Director General of Military Counterintelligence (DGCIM), M/G Javier José Marcano Tábata, read a statement in strong rejection of the recent statements of the Attorney General of the Government of the United States, Pam Bondi, which he described as violating international law and an affront to the self-determination and dignity of the Venezuelan people.

The statement reaffirms that citizen Nicolás Maduro Moros is the Constitutional President of the Bolivarian Republic, the Commander-in-Chief of the FANB and the protector of the Venezuelan People, who guides the nation under Bolivarianism and the legacy of the Eternal Commander Hugo Chávez, towards the 7 Great Transformations.

In this direction, it highlights their commitment of unwavering loyalty on the part of the BGHP and the DGCIM to the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, reaffirming that they are ready to act at the forefront or in any scenario that the Homeland requires it.

He assured that “no one can destroy the powerful Bolivarian and anti-imperialist sentiment held by the majority of Venezuelans.”

He also emphasized that military institutions agree that these accusations of drug trafficking are an atrocity and an ignoble narrative that seeks to distort the truth about Venezuela.

In this regard, he defended the integrity of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB), as a body that stands out beyond an “immense moral reserve built through the men and women who compose it.”

He also denounced the sustained aggression of which the Venezuelan people and the Bolivarian Government are victims, thanks to the interference of the United States, which has caused the country to have difficulties with its optimal economic, food, health and energy development; in addition to the constant exposure to terrorist attacks.

In the letter, the United States was compared to a sinister beast that seeks to seize the wealth of other regions and enslave their inhabitants, such as the humanitarian crisis generated by North America in Palestinian territory.
