Significant progress has been made in two key projects for capital mobility. In the El Paraíso Tunnel, located in the Capital District, 40% of the comprehensive maintenance work has been completed, which will benefit more than 4,000 vehicles that pass through this structure daily.

“The GMTV does not rest,” highlighted an Instagram post from the Great Transportation Mission Venezuela, where they recognize the efforts of the workers who carry out these tasks as part of the Bolivarian Government's Comprehensive Road Care Plan 2025. Interventions include structural improvements, ventilation systems and signage to ensure road safety.

At the same time, it reported 77% progress in the recovery and construction of the Guaire River reservoir on the Gran Cacique Guaicaipura Highway, specifically in the Mamera sector (direction Caricuao). This work seeks to improve traffic flow and prevent flooding on this important communication route.

The authorities stressed that these projects reflect the commitment of the National Government to the well-being of the people and the continuous improvement of the country's road infrastructure. “GMTV continues to monitor both interventions to ensure their completion within the established deadlines.”
