PSUV Apure held a training workshop in Unconventional Warfare in Biruaca

The United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), provided important training in the municipality of Biruaca, in the state of Apure, in the field of Unconventional Warfare, also known as Fifth Generation War, organized and dictated by the team of the Vice-Presidency of Formation of the Red Awning, in the defense of revolutionary principles and peace in the country.

The activity, entitled “Facing Cognitive War, Actions for Peace”, was aimed at the militancy of the Bolivarian Revolution in the region, which included the participation of the deputy to the National Assembly (AN), Julio Chávez, as well as members of the State Political Team of the PSUV, the territorial political liaison and the mayor of the municipality.

In a press release on the PSUV website, he points out that Cognitive Warfare has become one of the most nefarious strategies used by the Northern Empire, in conjunction with the Venezuelan extremist opposition, to violate Chavism.

This tactic is based on the manipulation of knowledge, deception and disinformation, seeking to emotionally affect the community in cultural and symbolic aspects, with political and military objectives that seek to destabilize and generate chaos in the nation.

During the workshop, it was highlighted that the Venezuelan State has implemented several laws in defense of citizen peace in the face of these attacks, including the Law Against Hate for Peaceful Coexistence and Tolerance, as well as the Law Against Fascism, Neofascism and Similar Expressions. These regulations are part of an effort to protect the population from manipulation and hate, promoting an environment of respect and coexistence.

He affirms that the training in Biruaca represents a significant step in preparing revolutionary militancy to face the threats of Cognitive Warfare.

Unity and knowledge are fundamental tools to counter disinformation and strengthen peace in Venezuela. The commitment of the Government and the PSUV to the defense of the country's sovereignty and integrity is reaffirmed through these initiatives, which seek to empower the population in the fight for a more just and supportive future.
