The communes of the 13 municipalities of the state of Monagas began a series of assemblies in each of their territories, together with the Popular
Power for the formation of the Community Political Teams.
The
communes of Monagas are moving forward and will continue today, Saturday, May 23, with this
unprecedented and historic process in the constitution of these vanguard teams in the communal territories to continue strengthening
the Bolivarian revolution and consolidating the communal government.
