Pure arrogance! Opposition rejected the break-up of La Sayo and Inmundo at the UCV

This Sunday, María Corina Machado, better known as La Sayo, together with the imperialist candidate In Mundo González, forcibly entered the facilities of the Central University of Venezuela (UCV) after having rejected the request to hold a political act from the rector's office.

Antonio Ecarri described the eruption of Edmundo González as unusual: “I consider the challenge to the university authorities of the UCV to be disrespectful. Is that how they intend to say that they are different?”

For his part, the extreme right wing Ramón Aveledo considered that “the first and most important victory of democratic civilization is personal and intimate: Not to allow ourselves to fall into the temptation of 'anything goes'*, why not. Not everything goes, there are ethical limits in politics, as in life.”

They were joined by other Venezuelan opposition members who noted their condemnation of this action by La Sayo and his octogenarian friend, who reveals the arrogance of that caste of surnames that ignore laws, wills and institutions, believing that their “lineage” invests them with a “supreme authority”.
