Anzoátegui FC and Metropolitanos FC won the last two spots to play in the final home run of the Open Tournament of the Venezuelan Football League (FUTVE League).

The visiting team came back from an almost lost game and eliminated Monagas SC 3-2 at the Monumental Stadium in Maturín.

The team led by Jhonny Ferreira let their home run slip in added time after winning 2-1.

With a goal scored by Anthony Velasco in the 90'+3 minute and Franklin González in 90'+8 they gave the victory to the team led by Leo González.

For its part, Metropolitanos FC had a historic day qualifying for the Final Phase of the Apertura Tournament, defeating the difficult Deportivo Rayo Zuliano 4-2.

In the match played at the Olympic Stadium in Caracas, the winning goals were scored by Carlos Paraco at 15' and 22', Miku Fedor at 51' and Francisco Funes at 90'+4.

With these important victories, Anzoátegui FC and Metropolitanos FC join UCV FC , Carabobo FC, Deportivo Táchira, Deportivo La Guaira, Portuguesa FC and Academia Puerto Cabello, who were already assured of their presence in the next round.
