Rehabilitation work on Troncal 5 in the Taguanes Toll sector registered an increase of 54%

The rehabilitation work carried out by the Bolivarian Government in Troncal 5, in the Taguanes Toll sector, up to the entrance to Tinaquillo, Water Supply Distributor, in Cojedes registered an increase of 54%.

This was announced by the Ministry of Popular Power for Transportation through a post on its Instagram account, in which it highlighted that the workforce of the Great Transportation Mission Venezuela (GMTV) is milling the asphalt bearing, as well as placing more than 8000 tons of asphalt mixture, on this important road that connects the plain and Andean regions.

It should be noted that a week ago, the GMTV workforce successfully completed the first phase of rehabilitation of 6 km of Troncal 5, from the Carabobo state border with Cojedes, Tinaquillo municipality, Taguanes - Romana - Tinaquillo toll sector, with the application of more than 5000 tons of asphalt.

It is also deployed in Troncal 8, in the municipalities of Pao and Girardot, where demolition, shaping and installation of more than 1200 tons of asphalt mixture were carried out in patching and running binder, with 85% progress in the work.
