Representatives from six states of the country participate in the MPPCT Creative Robotics Olympics 2026

A total of 95 teams from the states of Amazonas, Apure, Barinas, Trujillo, Mérida and Táchira are participating in the start of the 2026 Creative Robotics Olympics in its regional phase, which is being held in the land of Tachirense. The delegations that win in Táchira will face each other in the national stage to be held in Caracas.

This was reported by the Minister of Popular Power for Science and Technology, Gabriela Jiménez, who celebrated the start of this competition in which “95 teams demonstrate that innovation is the tool for building solutions”, cites a note from the ministerial body.

Jiménez offered these statements during a meeting held with members of the National System of Science, Technology and Innovation (SNCTI), to coordinate actions that promote scientific development in the country, the note indicates.

During the meeting, the minister said that the “ National Plan for Science and Technology, focused on the generation of sovereign knowledge at the service of the welfare of the people,” detailed a press release from the ministerial portfolio.
