This Monday, March 17, the Chief Appointed for Peace Dialogues for the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Jorge Rodríguez, reaffirmed that in our country the criminal gang called Tren de Aragua, which was linked to the extreme right to generate anxiety in the country, was completely dismantled.

“There was a criminal gang, El Tren de Aragua, linked to the extreme right and that all received money from USAID to generate anxiety, chaos and violence, and we control all of us, there is absolutely no gang in Venezuela, and we did it with all our energy,” Rodríguez said at a press conference.

In that sense, he questioned those who link all migrants to the criminal gang. In what mind does it fit that all Venezuelans belong to the Aragua Train. It's a hoax, a falsehood, a vile excuse,” he said, stressing that it's a dark maneuver to kidnap our compatriots.

He thus reaffirmed that Venezuela will denounce this crime against humanity to international organizations. In addition, he indicated that those behind this vile campaign will also fall under the Bolivar Law.

“It is a crime against humanity, not only does the Bolivar Law fall on them, we will take it to all international bodies and so we are going to denounce a crime against humanity,” he said.
