Roosevelt Avenue elevation records 85% progress in rehabilitation

Through the social network Instagram, the Ministry of People's Power for Transportation reported that the comprehensive rehabilitation of the Roosevelt Avenue elevator in the city of Caracas shows 85% progress in the maintenance work carried out under the Comprehensive Road Care Plan 2025.

He also explained that the recovery work consisted of removing and placing the bearing layer, as well as maintaining the accesses and side fenders, for the subsequent demarcation and placement of cat's eyes in this important infrastructure, which connects the Santa Rosalía and San Pedro parishes in the capital.

The team from the Ministry of People's Power for Transportation, through the social network Instagram, announced the total closure of traffic on the Roosevelt Avenue elevator and urged drivers to take preventive measures, because the two-way closure of the structure will last six weeks.

From the ministerial portfolio, they pointed out that the closure is due to the work that will be carried out continuously, with the purpose of completing the maintenance effectively.
