Russia awaits the visit of President Nicolás Maduro at an appropriate time

The meeting between President Nicolás Maduro Moros and his counterpart from the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin Nicolás Maduro, will take place at an appropriate time, Kremlin spokesman Dmitri Peskov reaffirmed.

“Now, when (Nicolás Maduro) won the elections, it can be assumed that the preparations will intensify and (the visit) will take place on the dates that the leaders consider appropriate,” the Russian spokesman said, according to information published by Sputnik.

For his part, last Tuesday, the Federation's ambassador in Caracas, Sergey Melik-Bagdasárov, said that his country could become one of the first countries visited by the president of Venezuela after his re-election.
