The families that remain in the Ecuador temporary camp, set up in the Gran Colombia Educational Unit, in Caracas, participated in a sports-cultural day organized as part of the Route of Hope, an initiative aimed at accompanying people affected by the earthquakes of last June 24.

The activity was attended by the Minister of Popular Power for Culture, Raúl Cazal, together with representatives of various State institutions that make up this care program aimed at the communities of Caracas and La Guaira.

During the day, games, group dynamics and recreational activities were developed for boys, girls and young people, as well as spaces dedicated to plastic arts and live artistic performances.

The Route of Hope offers psychosocial support in temporary camps through cultural, sports and recreational activities, with the purpose of contributing to the emotional well-being of families who remain in these spaces after the earthquake emergency.
