SAIME adjusted office hours in Caracas offices due to Energy Savings Plan

Within the framework of the Energy Savings Plan, the Administrative Service for Identification, Migration and Aliens (SAIME) announced the change in public opening hours at its various offices in Caracas, effective this Monday, August 10.

The service days operate under the following schemes depending on each location:

National Sports Institute (IND) Office:

Days: Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ); Public Defense (DP) and Fuerte Tiuna Offices:

Days: Monday to Friday.

Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

Other offices in the Capital District:

Days: Monday to Friday.

Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

He also reported that the schedule was adjusted in the states of Aragua and Falcón.

In this regard, he specified that in Aragua the customer service is: at the La Victoria office: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Exclusive service: Only for the delivery of Passports. He indicated that in the rest of the offices from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

In the state of Lara, at the Jacinto Lara office: Monday to Friday, for the delivery of passports from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Other offices of this entity from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
