More than 1,900 students from 10 educational institutions in the Guanare municipality were treated during the first week of Phase II of the Territorialization Plan of the National Scientific Semilleros Program.

According to a press release, this pedagogical and inter-institutional deployment brought an innovative educational experience to the classrooms through practical workshops and playful dynamics, with the firm purpose of awakening early vocations in strategic areas for the sovereign development of the nation.

The execution of these training days was possible thanks to the joint work between the Portuguese Foundation for the Development of Science and Technology (FUNDACITE), the Center for the Development of Educational Quality (CDCE), the Tree Mission, the Socialist Institute of Fisheries and Aquaculture (INSOPESCA), the National Experimental University of the Western Plains Ezequiel Zamora (UNELLEZ) and the INFOCENTRO Foundation.

This joint effort allowed us to address disciplines such as Astronomy, Robotics, Computer Science, Production Sciences, Ecosocialism, Chemistry, Microscopy, Health Sciences, Physics and Mathematics, taught by experts who encouraged critical thinking and applied research in the territory.

After this positive balance in the state capital, the great festival of knowledge will continue its journey this week through the municipalities of Sucre, Unda, Papelón and Guanarito.
