Secretary of ALBA-TCP condemns very serious misconduct by the government of Ecuador for assaulting the Mexican embassy

The Executive Secretary of the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America - Peoples' Trade Agreement (ALBA-TCP), Jorge Arreaza, condemned the illegal action of the Government of Ecuador, which violated international law by attacking the facilities of the Embassy of Mexico and the integrity of former Ecuadorian Vice President Jorge Glas and the Mexican diplomatic corps.

“The one from the government of Ecuador is very serious! From the international order based on rules, to the international order based on its own rules”, said Arreaza through the social network X.

In this regard, he indicated that members of ALBA-TCP will issue a statement rejecting the flagrant violation of international law by the Government of Daniel Novoa.

It should be noted that in the face of this fact, Mexico broke diplomatic relations with Ecuador.
