This Holy Wednesday, the Zamora elevation in the state of La Guaira was handed over to the community, an infrastructure that became the first in the country to be completely rehabilitated with asphalt from La go de Guanoco.

The works carried out guarantee road safety for those who travel through this busy road artery, which also represents the border between the parishes of Urimare and Catia la Mar.

In this regard, the sector vice-president of Public Works and Services, Juan José Ramírez Luces, stressed that this infrastructure reinforces the commitment of the Bolivarian Government and prepares the entity to receive tourists during the Holy Week holidays.

The work, executed in record time, translates into well-being, safety and quality of life. The governor of the entity, José Alejandro Terán, thanked the president in charge of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, for the unconditional support of the president in charge of the Republic.

Both the governor and the minister emphasized that these efforts to strengthen the road structure included the replacement of the rolling folder with 100% domestic raw material produced in Venezuela: asphalt from Lake Guanoco.

Terán said that this achievement is the result of three weeks of hard work by more than 40 men and women who gave everything to leave this road impeccable. This work includes new luminaires, demarcation, signs, railings and fenders, as well as an asphalt folder with 100% national technology.”
