The Deconcentrated Service for Standardization, Quality, Metrology and Technical Regulations (SENCAMER) carried out a training day in Good Porcile Practices, aimed at producers in the Cacique Tiuna communal circuit, to increase the efficiency of agricultural and livestock production from the national territory.
The meeting was held at the Juana La Avanzadora Mission Base, in the Coche parish of Caracas, where attendees addressed the essential technical requirements for the efficient raising of pigs, ensuring safety in animal food and the reduction of biological and chemical risks in daily work.
SENCAMER specialists presented the value of regulatory compliance to strengthen the production chain, quality management systems in production units and the placement of local products in the country's commercial circuits in the international market, which consolidates productive sovereignty from organized communities.
