SENIAT raised more than 32 billion bolivars in the month of November

Following the instructions of President
Nicolás Maduro, the National Customs and Tax Superintendent, José David
Cabello Rondón, reported that the National Integrated
Customs and Tax Administration Service (SENIAT) raised 32 billion 548 million 956 thousand 50 bolivars in the month of November.
In this way, he detailed the income received
from various incomes in the month of November: “Income Tax (ISLR)
of 5 billion 79 million 969 thousand 61 bolivars, while the amount
collected from Value Added Tax (VAT) is 14 billion 461 million 178 thousand 363 bolivars.”
He also indicated that, in terms of
customs, 8 billion 504 million 667,855 bolivars were reached and what was
obtained in other Internal Revenues is 4 billion 503 million 140 thousand 771 bolivars.
In terms of internal income, it includes tax revenues
for cigarettes, liquor, inheritances, fines, interest and other items.
He noted that from January
to November 2024, SENIAT collected a total of 422 billion 262 million 641,791
bolivars, while in the same period of 2023, a total of 148 billion 46 million 122 thousand 594 bolivars were obtained.
In this regard, Superintendent Cabello stated
that these figures reflect the commitment of the Venezuelan people to
tax culture, in addition to expressing the clear intention of the Bolivarian Government to
continue collecting resources for social welfare.
