Simple! Cabello: Above and to the left, in Chávez's smile, victory is guaranteed

“When the screen is activated, you see the entire electoral card and above and on the left is the card of the PSUV (United Socialist Party of Venezuela). What should you do, my colleague and colleague? Aim at Chávez's smile and there will be a guaranteed victory,” said the first vice-president of the red awning, Diosdado Cabello, when calling for a vote for the country's candidate, Nicolás Maduro.
