Sistema de Orquestas brought music and joy to Campamento Transitorio César Rengifo

Boys, girls and families from the César Rengifo Transitional Camp, in the Altagracia parish of Caracas, enjoyed a concert offered by members of the Venezuelan Children's and Youth Orchestra System, Núcleo Carmelitas.

During the presentation, the musicians performed a repertoire that included Pomp and Circumstance, the Radetzky March, Venezuela and the Gipsy Overture, on a day dedicated to leisure and conviviality.

The comprehensive academic-musical trainer Arianni Hidalgo emphasized that these activities seek to provide moments of joy to children, while trombonist Luis Aguilar described the experience as fun and pleasant.

The presentation is part of the Route of Hope, a program that develops cultural and recreational activities in the 107 temporary camps set up after the earthquakes of last June 24.
