Socialist Commune El Panal 2021 refines details for the consultation on July 12

The spokeswoman for the Socialist Commune El Panal 2021, Judit Guerra, detailed the preparations for the National Popular Consultation on July 12, recalling that this path is one of “struggle and battle as we have been doing since 2024, when President Nicolás Maduro said that the consultations come from the communities”.

During his participation in the program De Frente con La Noticia, broadcast by Venezolana de Televisión (VTV), Guerra explained that the previous meetings define the Concrete Agenda for Action to carry out his eighth local project, based on a “dream map” that prioritizes self-sustainability.

“It's not just that we're going to sell, we're going to have resources, resources for social issues, for sports schools, for education, for health; that's important for us,” said the spokeswoman. He also spoke of the fact that the funding of the projects corresponds: the first to the National Executive, the second to the Mayor's Office of Caracas and the third to the commune itself.

For his part, the person responsible for meat distribution in the El Panal Commune, Franklin Hernández, explained that the organization serves more than 250 wineries and breaks the traditional monopoly on meat to offer fair prices. He also reaffirmed his commitment to direct supply to neighborhoods and called for participation, since “everything is better in commune”.
