Sucre Government advances in the recovery of the swimming pool complex in Cumaná

The works have 40% execution

Around 40% of people working on the construction site record the first phase of rehabilitation of the swimming pool complex of the Félix “Lalito” Velásquez sports center, in Cumaná, Sucre state.

The information was provided by the director of the Autonomous Sports Institute of the state of Sucre, Jesús Márquez, who explained that to date, the caico has been demolished in the 50-meter swimming pools and heating pools, replacement of the metal structures on the roof of the stands, rehabilitation of bathroom and shower batteries, restoration of the perimeter fence, among other tasks.

“The electrical system has also been installed in the swimming pool complex, which means that in this first phase we have been nearly 40% complete with this beautiful work, which we have been carrying out for approximately 30 days,” Márquez said in a local press release.

In this regard, he assured that the reactivation of the swimming pool complex will make it possible to promote this sports discipline in the eastern entity.
