A total of 1,383 proposals will be presented by the state of Sucre at the National Congress of the Historical Bloc, to be held in the country on October 31, to discuss the strategic lines that allow the construction of the concrete agenda of the Homeland Plan of the seven transformations for the year 2030.

The information was provided by the governor of Sucre, Gilberto Pinto, through his account on the social network Instagram, in which he noted that at the Luis Mariano Rivera Theater, in Cumaná, an assembly was held in which representatives of the different social movements participated.

He specified that the proposals were debated in around 2,130 territorial assemblies that were deployed throughout the 15 municipalities that make up the Sucrense geography.

“These are assemblies that have included workers, youth, women, the state's productive apparatus, our indigenous people, our Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB), the Bolivarian Militia and all forms of social association from the Local Supply and Production Committees (CLAP),” he said.

Pinto said that the country is going through a phase of transition towards the transformation and development of the nation, which is why he assured that together with the different sectors of society they are debating the political and historical model for the revolutionary transformation of the entire Venezuelan society.

“We are fighting an unrelenting battle that ratifies the Bolivarian and Chavista spirit of giving Venezuela and Sucre the right to build the future,” he said.

He emphasized that Sucre is working to contribute to the country's social, political and economic transformation and that there is no room for fascism and violence in the territory.

“Fascism in Sucre has no future. We are writing about the future in Sucre and it is embodied in that plan for the homeland that has become law, and that these seven transformations are the spirit where our popular power, participatory and leading democracy will shape the present and the future,” he said.

For his part, the deputy to the National Assembly (AN), William Fariña, said that they will continue to be deployed throughout the national territory to discuss the actions that will continue to consolidate the revolutionary process.

He indicated that in a monolithic unit they reflect on the expression of fascism during the last five decades, as well as analyzing the victories achieved with the Bolivarian Revolution.
