Supreme Court promotes new moment for Venezuelan justice

The vice-president of the Social Cassation Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ), Judge Carlos Castillo, stressed this Friday that the Construction of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and the country's institutions are up to the new times.
During the Solemn Judicial Opening Session 2026 and presentation of the Management Report corresponding to the year 2025, led by the president in charge Delcy Rodríguez, the magistrate emphasized that the organization and functioning of the courts are a priority for the Republic.
“Judicial bodies are already working in coordination with the nation's judiciary with the objective of improving institutional management mechanisms,” I emphasize.
In this regard, he pointed out that the Supreme Court promotes a new moment for Venezuelan justice, “more inclusive and determined to reach every corner of the country as well as more expeditious.”
