Teachers from all over the country started training plan

With a view to the start of the 2026-2027 school year, this Wednesday, the National Plan for Teacher Training was installed throughout the country, an event led by the Minister of Education, Héctor Rodríguez.

According to a press release, from the Generalissimo Francisco de Miranda Educational Unit, in the Chacao municipality of Miranda state, Rodríguez explained that through videoconference, teachers from all over the country will participate for three days of presentations in different areas of knowledge, in addition to days of debate.

“It is an intense training plan, this year we incorporated the seismic theme and reinforced in the school calendar everything related to unforeseen situations, we work on the socio-emotional aspect, which is very relevant to the circumstances that the country experienced this year, such as the bombing of January 3 or the earthquakes of June 24; and what we have been working on in terms of educational quality is also present,” said the minister.

He added that with this training plan, educational institutions and teaching, administrative and labor staff are preparing to receive children and young people next Monday, September 14, in the new school year.

“On Monday we start a new school year, give a hug to all the children on my side, and let's continue working together and together for education. As education improves, this country will be much better,” he said.
