The Bolivarian Government, through the mayor's office of the Diego Ibarra municipality, in the state of Carabobo, is making progress in the recovery and rehabilitation of streets and public spaces.

The mayor of the municipality Diego Ibarra, Lesbia Castillo, highlighted the beginning of the Asphalting Plan, which contemplates the progressive rehabilitation of the municipality's main road arteries. “Work crews have intervened in strategic sectors, improving passability and reducing the levels of road deterioration that affected drivers and pedestrians for years,” he said.

He also highlighted that at the same time, beautification work has been carried out, including painting brothels, restoration of signs and urban ornamentation, according to the Diego Ibarra Mayor's Office press report.

‎‎De also pointed out that intensive operations have been carried out to collect solid waste, within the framework of the 7T, which includes ecosocialism, which promote a harmonious relationship between society and nature.

“Thanks to the coordination with public service teams, it has been possible to completely eliminate the improvised landfills that proliferated in different sectors, returning clean, safe and decent spaces to citizens, and fostering a collective awareness of environmental care as a basis for common well-being,” he added.

In addition, he reported that the installation of LED luminaires has begun in several areas to achieve efficient lighting.

Recently, Castillo delivered medical supplies to the Simón Bolívar Hospital de Clínicas in Mariara, as well as new air conditioners for the laboratory and a UPS system for the X-ray machine.
