The Bolivarian Government is making progress in comprehensive rehabilitation works at the El Algodonal hospital in Caracas

The Bolivarian Government is advancing the comprehensive rehabilitation of the Dr. José Ignacio Baldó Hospital Complex, popularly known as El Algodonal, located in the Antímano parish of Caracas, as part of the actions that correspond to the Dr. José Gregorio Hernández Plan.

In a review by Venezolana de Televisión, he points out that technical reports record significant progress in the remodeling of operating rooms, internal medicine areas, care and hospitalization rooms, as well as bedrooms intended for the rest of health personnel.

In terms of basic services, the staff of the Ministry of People's Power for Water Care completed the sanitation and disinfection of the reserve tanks, reactivated the hospital's deep water well and installed a purification and chlorination system that is now fully operational.

Regarding vertical mobility within the facilities, crews from the Ministry of Transport are anticipating the recovery of the eight elevators in the complex, of which four are already operational and a fifth elevator is expected to be delivered over the next few days.
