The Bolivarian Government of Miranda served families affected by the rains in Barlovento

More than 130 families that were affected by the recent rains in the Pedro Gual municipality of the Barlovento axis were comprehensively served by the Bolivarian Government of Miranda.
According to information issued by the Government, the area was visited by the deputy governor of the axis, Miguel Marín, together with Mayor Elbert Vivas, officials from the Civil Protection and Fire Department of Miranda.
During the tour, 1.5 tons of non-perishable food, proteins, mattresses, drinking water and medicines were delivered.
“With the support of President Nicolás Maduro and Governor Héctor Rodríguez, these affected families are being treated comprehensively and the necessary measures will be taken to mitigate the risks of these bankruptcies and prevent similar events,” said Marín.
He added that in the area and throughout the axis, the monitoring and supervision of rivers and streams is maintained, specifically in vulnerable areas.
