The Bolivarian Government of Monagas delivered rehabilitation of the Nutrition and Dietetics Service of the University Hospital

The nutrition and dietetics
service of the Dr. Manuel Núñez
Tovar University Hospital (HUMazo News Team) in Monagas state
were reactivated after their comprehensive rehabilitation, according to information issued by the Government.
According to the information, the work carried out included painting,
lighting, exhaust system, 500 liter water tank and repair
of seven industrial sinks. In addition to the maintenance that made it possible to
recover and equip this essential space for feeding the
hospital complex.
The director of the hospital, Luis García Mata, personally
supervised the recovery work and highlighted “the installation
of a fully operational industrial kitchen, which will speed up food
preparation and increase the nutritional quality of the meals served”.
In addition,
he added that the interventions included maintenance of the
exhaust system, ensuring the rapid filtration of vapors and adequate
air conditioning of the space.
“The
recovery of the Nutrition and Dietetics Service was a priority to
ensure comprehensive care for our patients. Having an
industrial kitchen in optimal conditions, efficient extractors allows us to offer
food prepared with quality, hygiene and opportunity. This is part of Governor Ernesto Luna's
commitment to the health of the people,” he said.
