The Bolivarian Government's asphalt plan covers the central part of Guárico

The Bolivarian Government, through the Asphalting Plan, serves the Central Quarter of San Juan de los Morros, specifically on Bolivar Avenue and Mariño Street in the Guárico state. This involves the installation of more than 150 tons of asphalt, which will rehabilitate the roads, some of the busiest in the state capital.

The project previously included the sanitation of the surface to be rehabilitated, which aimed to ensure a solid base for the application of the new pavement. Cited by a press release from the regional government, it was reported that in addition to Bolivar Avenue and Mariño Street, officials plan to intervene other important road arteries in the city, to ensure comprehensive and effective coverage.
